P.C.:- Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent of Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, in the meeting dated 23rd February, 2023 of the Selection Committee, the Petitioner has been held to be eligible and selected for his transfer to open prison. She further submitted that, the Petitioner will be transferred to Open Prison within a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner meted out. Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
