DATE: 23 DECEMBER 2015 P.C. :- The impugned order relates to entries in revenue records. It is settled position that mere entries in revenue records are not determinative of title of the parties to the property in question. In any case, if according to the petitioners, the impugned orders create some cloud upon the title of the suit property, it is always open to the petitioners to institute appropriate declaratory suit. In case, such suit is instituted, the Civil Court to decide the same without in any manner being influenced by the orders made by the revenue authorities or the circumstance that this petition challenging the same is not being entertained by this Court. There is however no necessity to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Chandka 1/1
