1] The Writ Petitioners were constrained to approach this Court on account of the fact that on 16.08.2019 learned DRT-I, Mumbai rejected application filed by the Petitioners. The Petitioners could not file an Appeal before DRAT on account of the certified copy of the order dated 16.08.2019 not being made available and the Circle Officer appointed vide order dated 31.01.2019 under Section 14 gave a notice that he would execute the said order on 19.08.2019. 2] The Petitioners have since been supplied a certified copy of the order dated 16.08.2019.

3] In that view of the matter, we dispose of the instant Writ BGP.

Petition extending the protective umbrella granted to the Petitioners vide order dated 29.08.2019 by two weeks from today. The Petitioners would avail statutory remedy in law. Balaji G.
