This Appeal has been preferred by the State against the order dated 13th July, 2015 passed by the Learned Special Judge under the Maharashtra Control of
* 2/3 * Organised Crimes Act, 1999 ("MCOC Act" for short) in MCOC Special Case No. 18 of 2014. By the said order, the Application (Exhibit-29) of the State for return of certain documents relating to proposal/sanction came to be rejected.

The Learned APP, has tendered the judgment dated 30th March, 2016 in MCOC Special Case No. 18 of 2014. By judgment and order dated 30th March, 2016 the Special Judge (under the MCOC and Negotiable Instruments Act) disposed off MCOC Special Case No. 18 of 2014. By the said judgment and order, accused nos.1 to 3 came to be acquitted of all the offences (accused no.4 was already discharged in the said case).
