The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of judgment and order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Company Petition No. 99 of 2014 and other connected matters. By the said order, the Petitioner Company has been ordered to be wound up. Therefore, this writ petition at the instance of Company ordered to be wound up, is not maintainable. We, therefore, disposed of the petition.

However, it will open for the Official Liquidator to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
