1] This is an application for permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.87.00 lakhs deposited in the Registry of this Court in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.958 of 2012. 2] The applicant is the first informant in CR No.267 of 2012 registered with Chatushrungi Police Station under Sections 420, 406, 467, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The respondent No.3/Shri Levino Agnelo Dias (Original Accused) has filed an affidavit dated 7.2.2017 thereby giving his 1/2
