This review petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 2 August 2023, passed in Writ Petition No. 2115 of 2019. By the said order dated 2 August 2023, this Court admitted the writ petition by issuing 'Rule'. The review petitioner is not party to the original writ petition. Apart from it, the review petition is totally misconceived. The Review Petition is thus, dismissed.
