Considering the fact that very old criminal applications under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 are pending in this Court, as of today, priority cannot be given to the matter of 2013. Hence, Criminal Application No.846 of 2015 is rejected. However, main criminal application shall be listed on final hearing cause list as per its turn.
