The proposal of Petitioner's transfer is already addressed to the Deputy Director of Education, who has directed to scrutinise all such proposals for allotting Shalartha I.D. on the basis of Government circular dated 28th June 2016, and if any irregularity is found in such proposals, directed the concerned management to submit the revised proposal. 2.

The Education Officer shall consider the proposal of the Petitioner' s transfer for inclusion of his name in Shalartha I.D. and forward it to theh Deputy Director of Education within four weeks from today. Thereupon the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision within six weeks. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
