By this application, the applicantoriginal plaintiff is seeking condonation of 8 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the order dated 24th June 2019 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court in Notice of Motion No.2242 of 2019 in S.C.Suit No.7842 of 2000.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the
