DATE: JANUARY 08, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Heard Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2] The Petitioner-landlord has initiated proceeding against the Respondent, which, I am informed, is pending since 2010. 3] Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has informed that in the suit issues are framed. However, recording of evidence has not yet commenced. He has invited my attention to the affidavit of service dated 7/11/2019 demonstrating that the service was effected on Respondent Nos. 1-A to 1-D and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 who were 1/2

(7) WP-10867-19.doc sought to be served through RPAD in compliance with the order dated 16th October, 2019 have refused to accept the notice. As such service on the Respondents is complete.

4] Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending for more than 10 years and already issues are framed, it will be appropriate in my opinion to direct expeditious disposal of RAE Suit No.1511/2348 of 2010 pending on the file of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai expeditiously preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of production of this order.
