This civil application is for restoring the writ petition which was dismissed pursuant to an order dated 8th December 2011. The report of the C.J.J.D. & J.M.F.C. Nashik Road states that the process duly served upon the respondent as per the bailiff's report submitted. No reply has been filed. It is stated in the application that the petitioner expired on 20th July 2014. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The petitioners are directed to amend the petition within two weeks from today and serve a copy of the amended petition upon the respondent within two weeks thereafter. Humdast permitted.
