P.C:- The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the notice of the proposed Externment, the Petitioner was before this Court. Post filing of the Petition, the proposal for externment was turned down by the Competent Authority. As such, the grievance raised in the Petition, no more survives. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner be allowed to withdraw the Petition.
