Mr.V.B.Konde Deshmukh, APP for the Respondent State. --- CORAM : ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.

DATED : 4th DECEMBER 2015 --- P.C. :

None present for the applicant when called out. The applicant is the original complainant who has filed an Appeal against the acquittal of the respondent no.1 - original accused. By this application, the applicant wants that the respondents should be directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5,50,000/- in this Court which appears to be the amount of the cheque which was dishonored. It is not desirable to give any such direction in an Appeal against acquittal. Instead, the applicant can seek an expeditious disposal of the Appeal.

Application is rejected.
