Undisputedly the Petitioner has left the present post and has joined the post of "Director, Skill Development and Professor in Pharmacy" at Rasiklal M. Dhariwal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Chinchwad affiliated to the first RespondentUniversity. Vishal Parekar 1/2

In the circumstances, in our considered view this Petition challenging the revocation of the Petitioner's approval on the post which he was holding prior to his present post does not survive. In the circumstances, we dispose of this Petition by observing that the contentions raised by the parties in this Petition are kept open. 4.

However, it is further made clear that while granting approval to the Petitioner on the new post which he is presently holding, the first Respondent shall not be influenced by the order impugned in this Petition and shall take decision in accordance with the law.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
