Jagdish Pratap Mulani ..Respondent (org. Respondent) Mrs. Jaya Bagve i/b Mrs. Sharmila Deshmukh for the Applicants in all the Civil Applications CORAM :R. M. SAVANT, & SANDEEP K SHINDE,JJ DATE : 25th JANUARY, 2018 P.C.

The above Civil Applications have been filed for rectifying the Consent Terms in so far as the number of the Suit which is wrongly mentioned mmj

cam-181-182-183-17(13_ as Suit No.355 of 2011 instead of Suit (L) No.335 of 2011 therein. The further relief sought is that the Learned Registrar be directed to release the pay order to the Applicant wife as per the Consent Terms. In so far as the rectification of the Suit number is concerned, it is the case of the Applicant wife that there is no Suit being Suit No.355 of 2011 and the Suit filed by her as constituted attorney of her daughter is Suit (L) No.335 of 2011. We therefore permit the correction of the typographical error in so far as the Suit number is concerned, the same is accordingly corrected to Suit (L) No.335 of 2011.

In so far as the second relief is concerned, the office note indicates that the Learned Registrar Judicial II of this Court has released the pay order for the sum of Rs.4 crores to the Applicant wife. In view thereof, there is no warrant to keep the above Civil Applications pending, the same to accordingly stand disposed of.
