This Application is preferred by the claimant for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Award dated 08.08.2011 passed by the 7th Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 188/C-90 of 1990.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :
