The learned APP has placed on record a copy of the judgment delivered by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 24th Court Borivali, Mumbai, in CC No.

621/PW/2021, the copy is taken on record. The judgment reveal that the accused persons pleaded guilty as a result of which, they are convicted for the offence punishable under section 389, 384, 365, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

In the wake of the above, application is rendered infructuous and is disposed off.
