This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging Judgment and Order passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 48th Court, Andheri in Criminal Case No. 389/SS/2014. Delay is of 3 days. Learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the grant of application for condonation of delay. However, taking into consideration the reasons assigned in paragraph-3, 4 and 5, application seeking condonation of delay of 3 days deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
