The Petitioners are challenging the Notification dated 13-3-2018 issued by the Respondent No.3 disqualifying them from appearing for the examination for the selection to the post of App. J.E. (Coaching) against 25% serving quota. Having regard to the said challenge and considering the fact that the Petition is directed against the Railways, the same is a service matter within the meaning of the Administrative Tribunal Act. We therefore by relegating the Petitioner to the remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal dispose of the above Writ Petition.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the challenge and it is before the Central Administrative Tribunal the Petitioners can urge their contentions.
