Ms. Manjiri Parasnis, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.6 and 7 states that she has instructions to file Vakalatnama on behalf of added Respondent No.8. On the instructions of Respondent 1/2

In view of the said statement made by Ms. Parasnis on the instructions of Respondent No.8, who is present in the Court, Interim Application No.15127 of 2023 and Interim Application No.14662 of 2023 are disposed of.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate Interim Application seeking amendment, if necessary.

The Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
