Writ Petition No.4109 of 2009 has been filed by the workman. Mr. Kulkarni informs that cross Petition being Writ Petition No.1070 of 2010 has also been filed by the Respondent challenging the impugned order.

Interim Application No.17259 of 2023 seeks fixing of date for final hearing and early disposal of Writ Petition No.4109 of 2009 on the ground that Respondent is old and that he is having no source of income and would be dependent upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.
