Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner plaintiff is challenging the judgment dated 26.3.2015 passed by learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Kolhapur in Misc. Civil Application No. 42 of 2014 condoning 6 days delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 9.12.2013 passed by Trial Court.

Considering the reason given by the appellate court, impugned order dated 26.3.2015 and as there was 6 days delay in filing appeal, I do not find any substance in the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected.
