Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. 2.

By this application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 22nd August, 2016 and prays for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition Nos.3328 to 3330 of 2015, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution vide the aforesaid order as none was present on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants has set out the reasons in paras 2 and 3 of the aforesaid applications.

The aforesaid applications are opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

However, for the reasons set out in the applications, the

3/3 applications are allowed. The order dated 22nd August, 2016 is recalled and Criminal Writ Petition Nos.3328 to 3330 of 2015, are restored to file. 6.

The Applications are accordingly disposed of. 7.

Criminal Writ Petition Nos.3328 to 3330 of 2015, be listed for 'admission' on 14th October, 2016.
