On expressing my disinclination to entertain the writ petition, assailing the order dated 08/05/2019 passed by JMFC, Pune below Exh.26 in R.C.C.No.3861 of 2015 and the order dated 20/10/2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Cr.Revn. Application No.299 of 2019, thereby upholding the order of the JMFC, learned counsel Mr.Joshi, on instructions of the petitioner who is present in the Court, seek withdrawal of the writ petition. Mr.Joshi is, however, perfectly justifed in submitting that the subject C.R., which has levelled accusations against the petitioner, was fled in the month of April, 2015 and on M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 5 WP-6151-21.odt completion of investigation, charge-sheet is fled on 19/09/2015. He, on instructions of the petitioner, submit that the proceedings before the Magistrate were never stayed. Considering the accusations, in any case, the submission is that the trial should be expeditiously concluded. 2.

I fnd the request justifable and, therefore, expect the JMFC, Pune to expeditiously conclude the proceedings in R.C.C. No.3861 of 2015 and, preferably, within a period of one year from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.

Before parting, I record my appreciation for Advocate Savita Yadav, who is appointed through Legal Aid to represent respondent No.2 and who has effectively put the cause of respondent No.2 before this Court. The Legal Services Authority is directed to pay the legal remuneration due to her within a period of six weeks from today.
