DATED : 30th MARCH 2023 P.C:- The learned counsel for the applicant state that he has undergone 4 years 7 months of imprisonment out of the sentence imposed upon him on being convicted under Section 395 and 397 r/w 34 of IPC, where he was sentenced to suffer RI for 7 years. The record and proceeding is received along with the paper book. The learned counsel for the applicant express that the appeal itself can be taken up for hearing, since the paper book is prepared.

Considering the period of sentence undergone, let the appeal be registered for final hearing on 24/4/2023. Interim Application stands disposed off.
