At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that the trial has reached the fnal stage. He submitted that even the statement under Section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is also recorded and now the matter is kept for arguments. 2.

In view of said statement, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He states that the trial be directed to be concluded within a short period as the Applicant is in custody since 28th August 2017. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial by passing fnal judgment expeditiously and in any case on or before 15th March 2024.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle fresh Bail Application, if the Sessions case is not disposed of by passing fnal judgment by 15th March 2024.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, subject to above.
