The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that pursuant to the order dated 24th October, 2018 passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited Rs.57,746/- on 31st October, 2018. Thus, the entire cheque amount is deposited. 2.

As the amount is deposited, no coercive steps to be taken against the applicant and the Appeal before the Sessions Court to proceed.
