This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the appellant on record. The sole appellant Mr. Fakira Punja Landage died on 8th June, 2018. The death certificate is annexed along with the civil application.

In paragraph 3 of the application, it is stated that the legal representatives of the deceased appellant are named . 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Consequential amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
