Heard. The petition is filed for expeditious hearing of sessions case No. 712 of 2014 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge for Greater Mumbai. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that trial of the said case has already commenced and 15 witnesses have already been examined. She further submitted that in all 50 witnesses are to be examined.
