He states that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicant intends to approach the Trial Court by filing an application after filing of the charge-sheet. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that if an application as aforesaid, is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
