The application filed through jail seeks a relief of expeditious hearing of the discharge application filed by the applicant. Mr.Saste, the learned APP makes a statement that charge is already framed in the Sessions Case No.15 of 2012 against the present accused. Since, charge is framed the application for discharge is not maintainable. We are not inclined to interfere in the application. Hence, it is dismissed. 3.
