The Applicant had earlier sought withdrawal of the Application. However, the application was kept pending in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Intervenor stating that the Applicant has been sending letters and making applications to several authorities asking for address and other details of the prosecutrix. 1/2

Learned counsel for the Intervenor states that the Applicant continues to address letters to several authorities making accusations against the prosecutrix and that the prosecutrix is being investigated by Crime Branch in view of the accusations made by the Applicant, while in custody.

Considering the limited scope of section 439 of Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the Intervenor states that the Intervenor will file a separate petition to redress her grievance.

In the light of the said statement and also in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant expressing her desire to withdraw the Application, Bail Application as well as Interim Application stands disposed of.
