After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No.161/2015 dated 24.3.2015 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, under sections 397, 392, 504, 506 (II) read with section 34 of IPC does not commence within a period one year from today.
