The petition is filed for Pre-mature release. 3.

The learned APP on instructions makes a statement that applicant having completed 24 years of sentences of the remission, is released from the jail of 01.06.2018. In support of her statement she placed on record the communication dated 01.10.2018 by Incharge Superintendent of Yerwada Khule District Prison, Class-I, Pune-6. The same is taken on record. In the light of the above the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed.
