This is an application for condonation of delay of 90 days in filing Revision Application. By order dated 30/01/2015, notice was issued to the first respondent, returnable on 20/02/2015. Office remark shows that applicant has filed affidavit of service upon respondent No.1 along with acknowledgement. In view thereof, service on respondent No.1 is complete. However, none appears on her behalf. No reply is filed opposing the application. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a 1/2
