Since the issue involved in all the Writ Petitions pending before Nagpur Bench is with regard to the challenge to the Government Resolution, with a prayer to grant extension in service upto 62 years from 60 years, the matters pending before Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition Nos.3334 of 2016, 4253 of 2016, 3403 of 2016, 3337 of 2016, 4252 of 2016 and 3336 of 2016, are transferred to Bombay to be tried on merits along with Writ Petition Nos.10965 of 2016, 12100 of 2016 and 12108 of 2016.
