In view thereof, as the record and proceeding has been received, however, the paper book is yet not ready, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file compilation of private paper book so that the hearing of the appeal can be conducted expeditiously. The respondent, who is appearing in person, is also at liberty to file compilation of documents.
