Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, learned additional public prosecutor for the State and the learned Advocate appearing for the CBI.

The applicant is one of the accused in CBI Special Case No. 100 of 1999. He has been arrested in execution of non-bailable warrant issued by the trial court. He is in custody since July, 2014.

The applicant will be staying at Mumbra, Dist. Thane. It is submitted that the applicant will attend all the Borey 1/2

spb/ 19ba2224-14.sxw dates of hearing before the trial court. Since his family is also staying at Mumbra, there should not be any apprehension that he will not face trial.

Hence, the applicant be released on bail in sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rs.Thirty-five thousands) with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.35,000/- in lieu of surety.

The applicant shall attend all the dates of hearing before the trial court.
