Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this revision application, the applicant prays for stay of the orders of conviction dated 03/02/2020 and 01/10/2021 passed by the trial Court and the appellate Court respectively.

The application is opposed by the learned APP. It is submitted that the sentence imposed by the trial Court is modified by the appellate Court and only the fine amount 1/2

Darshan Patil 23 IA31912021.doc has been directed to be paid. The fine amount has been paid. In such circumstances, learned APP submitted that the impugned order should not be interfered with. 4.

My attention is invited to the impugned orders and the materials on record. Arguable questions are raised. Hence, admit.

As the fine amount has already been paid, the hearing of Revision Application No. 304 of 2021 is expedited. List the Revision Application No. 304 of 2021 in the week commencing 29/04/2024, for the final hearing. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.3191/2021 6.

Though the fine amount has been already paid, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to stay the conviction as requested by the learned counsel for the applicant.

The interim application stands disposed of.
