Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection if the Special Marriage Petition No.6 of 2022 before the District Judge-3 and Additional Judge Nagpur, is transferred to District & Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel, District Raigad. She only requests that the matter be expeditiously disposed of by the Courts.
