Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Shri Justice Shrikant Raghunath Sathe, former Judge of this Court has filed disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that name of Shri Justice Shrikant Raghunath Sathe was suggested by this Court.

A perusal of clause 17 of the Deed of Partnership dated 18th May 2011 indicates that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties.

4.

Shri Justice Shrikant Raghunath Sathe, former Judge of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator. Arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
