This is an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal by the appellant who is on bail.

This Court is taking up appeals for hearing of the year 2010 in which appellants/accused are undergoing jail sentence. In the wake of this fact, prayer of out of turn hearing of the applicant, who is on bail cannot be granted. However, the appeal will be taken up for final hearing after hearing of jail appeals pending before the Court are over.
