Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 04.07.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which the Civil Application (ST) No.9475/2018 stood dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently it remained on their part to remove all office objections within time. He submits that the Applicant has good chance of success in the matter. He submits that the Applicant undertakes to Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

46.4115.18-caf.doc remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Applicant undertakes to remove all office objections in Civil Application (ST) No.9475/2012, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a Order dated 04.07.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b Civil Application (ST) No.9475/2018 is restored to file for hearing on merits.

d The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in the Civil Application (ST) No.9475/2018 on or before 20.07.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
