Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner invited our attention to the order passed by this court on 25 October 2021 in the matter of Nitin Shankar Yembar Vs. The State of Maharashtra And Anr. in Writ Petition No.6585 of 2021 of as well as in the matter of Walmik Genba Pawar Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors in Writ 1/2

31. WP 8367-21.doc Chittewan Petition No.6888 of 2021, to submit that the present petition is identical in circumstance with these petitions. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner invited our attention to the document placed at page 23, Exhibit '

A' to the petition, dated 31 August 2021, wherein the name of the Petitioner finds place at Serial No.14, whereas the name of Walmiki Genba Pawar finds place at Serial No.13.

Considering the above referred documents, the Registry is directed to transfer this petition to Aurangabad Bench. By way of interim order, the Respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner on the basis of G.R. dated 21 December 2019 and also order passed by the appointing authority putting the Petitioner's services on supernumerary/temporary post for 11 months for non-submission of a caste validity certificate, till the next date.
