The above Civil Applications have been filed by the applicant, original respondent in the Family Court Appeal No. 136 of 2015. Since the said Family Court Appeal No. 136 of 2015 has been dismissed for nonprosecution, the above Civil Applications filed in the Family Court Appeals by the applicant, original respondent wife, cannot be entertained. The Applications are accordingly disposed of.

Liberty to the applicant/respondent-wife to file appropriate applications in her cross-objections. It is clarified, that in the event, the Family Court Appeal No. 136 of 2015 is restored to file, then the applicant/respondent wife would be entitled to renew her claim for the prayers made in the aforesaid Civil Applications.
