Learned APP makes a statement that the present applicant has been arrested in both the Crimes i.e. C.R. No.139 of 2021 under Sections 420, 120-B, 409 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and C.R. No. REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Rekha Patil 1/2 REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2021.12.08 16:40:33 +0530

34-ABA-2813-2021 n ABA-2841-2021.odt 189 of 2021, under Sections 420, 120-B, 409 r/w 39 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Shikrapur Police Station, Pune and has filed the report of Investigating Officer to that effect. Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the applicant, however, opposes the submission and submits that the applicant has been arrested in only one crime number.

I have perused the report submitted by the Police Sub-Inspector, Shikrapur Police Station. It is apparent from the report that the applicant has been arrested in aforesaid both the crime numbers today itself at about 00.50 hours.

In view this, applications become infructurous and accordingly stand disposed of.
