C.:- 1) Mr.Gavand, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Sunil Sonawane, PSI attached to Charkop Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali, Mumbai and it is numbered as C.C.No.3540/PW/2019. 2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
