By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 50 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 20.06.2009 passed by the Commissioner for workmen's compensation, in the Application (WCA) No.479/C-180 of 2005. 4.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant, and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application.
