The learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Petitioner has remedy under Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964 before the Divisional Commissioner.

In view of that the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that event all contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs. 3.
